Brief | To extend an existing dwelling to create a large open plan living space and a study above on the first floor. The property sits on a hill overlooking Montrose and the Basin, which provides stunning views to the North. With this in mind the design had to take advantage of these views and the final outcome as can be seen here, delivered a dynamic open plan space and opened up ground and first floors to the views that the property had on offer.
